The founder, Wayne Christopher, has over 25 years of residential building and renovation experience in southcentral and southwestern Ontario.

Wayne is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), A National Certificate Holder (NCH), registered with the National Home Inspector Certification Council (NHICC), as well as being a Wood Energy Technology Transfer (WETT) Certified Basic Inspector. Both NHICC and OAHI are recognized by federal and provincial government ministries such as CMHC, CSC, and HRDC for setting the Professional Standards for the home inspection profession.
