The founder, Wayne Christopher, has over 25 years of residential building and renovation experience in southcentral and southwestern Ontario.

Wayne is a Registered Home Inspector member of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors / Ontario (CAHPI/ON) and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), as well as being a Wood Energy Technology Transfer (WETT) Certified Basic Inspector. Both CAHPI and OAHI are recognized by government ministries such as CMHC and HRDC, as well as other professional associations like the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for setting the Professional Standards for the home inspection profession.
